The afternoon is yours to arrive. Wander the space. Take a breath before we begin.

Check in, settle into your space, sip something warm, and meet the earth beneath your feet.
6:30pm β Nourishing Welcome Dinner
A grounding, seasonal meal to mark our transition from the outside world into shared space.
8:00pm β Opening Circle + Altar Blessing
We gather in circle. We speak our names. We light the flame. We root into the container that will hold us.

This day is about reconnection β to yourself, your stories, and the wisdom already living in your body.
8:30am β Morning Tea + Gentle Journaling
A quiet, reflective start β let your inner voice speak without urgency.
9:30am β Ayurvedic Breakfast
Warming, nourishing, body-centered.
10:30am β Somatic Practice: Remember
A guided journey to meet whatβs alive in the body β emotion, memory, sensation, truth.
1:00pm β Lunch
Fresh, seasonal fare to replenish and ground.
2:00β4:00pm β Pool Plunge / Integration Time
Float, nap, journal, wander the garden β this is sacred space for digestion and pause.
4:30pm β Group Council: Whatβs Alive in the Body
We share whatβs surfaced β in story, silence, or sensation. No fixing, just witnessing.
6:30pm β Light Dinner / Grazing Board
Simple, beautiful nourishment β light on the belly, rich in flavor.
8:00pm β Fire Ceremony
Release what no longer serves. Burn it. Bury it. Bless it. Speak intentions into the flame.

This day is about visioning β not just with the mind, but with the full body and breath.

10:30am β Reimagine Workshop & Somatic Session
Together, we unearth new rhythms. What could life feel like if it was shaped by your inner knowing, not outer expectation?
12:30pm β Lunch
Intuitive nourishment. Spacious. Unrushed.
2:00β4:00pm β Open Space
A true exhale. Stretch in the sun, journal in the shade, nap, create, or receive.
4:00pm β Garden Mocktails + Dinner
Herb-infused drinks, laughter, soft music, and a garden-to-table feast prepared with love. A celebration of your becoming.
7:00pm β Floating Sound Bath Ceremony
Held by water and sound β a sensory integration under the evening sky. Let everything soften.

We close gently. This day is about carrying it with you β not as a performance, but as embodied remembering.
