Fall Retreat Itinerary

Oct. 23rd - 26th, 2025.

A weekend of reconnection, release, and rooting down. A return to the body, to the earth, and to yourself.

🌙 Thursday: Arrival & Rooting

“Arrive in your body. Land in the soil. Let the noise fall away.”

The afternoon is yours to arrive. Wander the space. Take a breath before we begin.

2:00–6:00pm — Soft Arrival Window
Check in, settle into your space, sip something warm, and meet the earth beneath your feet.

6:30pm — Nourishing Welcome Dinner
A grounding, seasonal meal to mark our transition from the outside world into shared space.

8:00pm — Opening Circle + Altar Blessing
We gather in circle. We speak our names. We light the flame. We root into the container that will hold us.

🔥 Friday: Remember

“Come home to what you carry. Let your body speak.”

This day is about reconnection — to yourself, your stories, and the wisdom already living in your body.

8:30am — Morning Tea + Gentle Journaling
A quiet, reflective start — let your inner voice speak without urgency.

9:30am — Ayurvedic Breakfast
Warming, nourishing, body-centered.

10:30am — Somatic Practice: Remember
A guided journey to meet what’s alive in the body — emotion, memory, sensation, truth.

1:00pm — Lunch
Fresh, seasonal fare to replenish and ground.

2:00–4:00pm — Pool Plunge / Integration Time
Float, nap, journal, wander the garden — this is sacred space for digestion and pause.

4:30pm — Group Council: What’s Alive in the Body
We share what’s surfaced — in story, silence, or sensation. No fixing, just witnessing.

6:30pm — Light Dinner / Grazing Board
Simple, beautiful nourishment — light on the belly, rich in flavor.

8:00pm — Fire Ceremony
Release what no longer serves. Burn it. Bury it. Bless it. Speak intentions into the flame.

🔥🌕 Saturday: Reimagine

“Feel your future in your body. Dream a new way into being.”

This day is about visioning — not just with the mind, but with the full body and breath.

8:30am — Morning Tea + Reflection

9:30am — Breakfast
Fresh, energizing, and vibrant — food to support your dreaming body.

10:30am — Reimagine Workshop & Somatic Session
Together, we unearth new rhythms. What could life feel like if it was shaped by your inner knowing, not outer expectation?

12:30pm — Lunch
Intuitive nourishment. Spacious. Unrushed.

2:00–4:00pm — Open Space
A true exhale. Stretch in the sun, journal in the shade, nap, create, or receive.

4:00pm — Garden Mocktails + Dinner
Herb-infused drinks, laughter, soft music, and a garden-to-table feast prepared with love. A celebration of your becoming.

7:00pm — Floating Sound Bath Ceremony
Held by water and sound — a sensory integration under the evening sky. Let everything soften.

🌀 Sunday: Return

“Gather what you’ve found. Walk it home.”

We close gently. This day is about carrying it with you. An embodied remembering.

8:30am — Morning Tea + Breakfast
Stretch, sway, or stillness…whatever your body needs for return. A final shared meal to hold you as you re-enter.

10:00am — Closing Circle
We speak what we’re carrying forward. We bless the path ahead.

12:00pm — Light Fare + Departures
Slow goodbyes. No rush. Let the transition be intentional.
