As the world begins its descent into the colder months, nature prepares by pulling inward. Trees shed. Animals burrow. The ground becomes still. This retreat is an invitation to do the same.
This is a space to gather before the season shifts, to root into warmth and presence before winter calls you fully inward.
We’ll tend to what’s been overextended.

We’ll listen before we push.

Each day includes a mix of:
Somatic sessions to land you in your body — movement, breath, intuitive rest
Circle time + council for honest witnessing and shared reflection in community
Creative integration with hands-on expression
Nourishing meals made with intention — food that grounds, warms, and uplifts
Rituals to mark the transitions — a fire ceremony, a garden dinner, sound bath healing
Open space to nap, journal, float, or just be
You won’t leave with a to-do list.
You’ll leave with a deeper sense of your own rhythm — and permission to trust it.

Spots are limited to 7 (4 already filled!). Intimacy matters here. This is a small group, designed for connection, presence, and space to breathe.

Photography Note
There will be a photographer present for sections of the retreat — during high-energy group moments like the pool plunge, fire release, or somatic practice. You’ll never be posed or interrupted. This is not a content shoot — it’s an invitation to be seen, not curated. There will be an option for some individual photos during one of the events.
We'll bring awareness to how we mold ourselves when we’re witnessed — and let the presence of the lens become part of the mindfulness. You are always allowed to opt out of being photographed.
